We sold our boat yesterday! It was a bittersweet moment, but mostly exciting!! Ryan proposed on this boat so it was kind of sad to see it go, however, now we don't have to worry about the upkeep and such with it. We hadn't really used it in the past year or so anyways b/c of the baby, and with another on the way, we figured we wouldn't be doing much with it for the next little while!
On another note, WE HAD OUR FIRST OFFER! on the flip house!!! We will see what happens.......
I'm a big believer in getting rid of things you don't need, but I know it's hard sometimes when something has sentimental value.
